Standards Compliance

This site is built using valid HTML for markup (content and structure) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for presentation (visual layout). An up to date browser will be needed to see all of the visual aspects offered by this site. Although some parts of this site will display differently, it will still be usable in older browsers and alternative browsing devices or if CSS is turned off. Our pages will comply with Level "Double-A" as expressed by the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - see 1. under Accessibility References above) and US Section 508 - see 4. above.

Accesskeys

I have chosen not to use accesskeys because of the potential of conflict between the operating system keyboard commands, the web browser keyboard commands, other software keyboard commands and the accesskeys.
