Grace Lutheran Church

In our worship at Grace, we emphasize two aspects of our spiritual life. First, we gather to receive the gifts that our Lord has given us. We celebrate and praise our God for His good gifts and His mercy.

Welcome to Grace Lutheran Church Monroe, Michigan

Thank you for your interest in Grace Lutheran Church! We hope that this information will give you an idea of who we are and what we are about.

First of all, you should know who we are: We are a gathering of people who have seen the mercy of God in the forgiveness of our sins through Jesus Christ. We gather together as a Church to give thanks and praise to our God for His Love and Mercy.

Now that you know who we are, please allow us to tell what we are about: The purpose of Grace Lutheran Church might be easily summarized in the "Great Commission" of our Lord Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Since we have seen the love and mercy of our God in Jesus Christ, the people of Grace are devoted to sharing this wonderful message with others and also to "building one another up in Christ."

“Observe the Sabbath day and keep it holy, as the LORD your God has commanded you.”

Sunday Morning Worship – 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM

During the Advent (pre-Christmas) and the Lenten (pre-Easter) seasons worship is offered on Wednesday at 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
